AI Triage Hackathon
A single-decision ticket triage interface built with OpenCode and Zen Agent. Gemini 3.5 Flash runs server-side from a Cloudflare Pages Function to return priority, department, suggested reply and a self-reported confidence score. Server-side thresholds drive three paths: ≥85% auto-sends with a 10s Undo, 50–84% shows a proposal to approve or edit, and <50% asks for human judgment. Every decision is logged to Supabase for a full audit trail.

A structured memory system built with OpenCode and Big Pickle. Gemini 3.5 Flash handles every step: extracting facts from free text, deciding whether a new statement confirms, contradicts, or is unrelated to existing memories, and answering recall queries — all without hardcoded rules or plain vector similarity.
